By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment: All fees, including setup fees and the cost of products/services, must be paid in full prior to receiving any product or service. Payment must be made before the event date to confirm your booking.

2. Product/Service Agreement: The products and/or services you have selected are the ones agreed upon for your event or purchase. Any changes to the menu or services must be confirmed in advance.

3. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. This includes any required setup fees, catering costs, or product purchases.

4. Power Requirements for Events: For event catering, we require access to a 10amp caravan plug for power. If power is not available, please inform us in advance so we can arrange our own power supply.

5. Cancellation/Changes: Any changes to your booking must be communicated promptly. Cancellations may be subject to additional fees, depending on the timing of the request.
